The road less traveled.

Life is short. This is something everyone knows and a sentiment most people share. We want to see the world. Save the world. Experience the world. Is that too much to ask?

For us, the decision to “go tiny” was much like our friends with children describe that decision: “if you wait for the perfect time to have kids, you will be waiting forever”. There is no time like the present to make your dreams a reality.

Many things led us to embrace downsizing from 1200 sq ft to the 200 sq ft on wheels world, but ultimately our mantra of “all you need is less” led us down the yellow brick road.

Our 1992 International school bus from the Sweet Home School District (no writer’s exaggeration) made it to California just after the first of the year {2019} & Selene was now our “home sweet home” (writer’s joke).

We love the ocean & plan to clean up our coastlines along our adventures but we dream in the nights’ sky. Our bus became part of the Tin Wolf family on a new moon & it only seemed fitting to honor her arrival by naming her after the Greek Moon Goddess Selene.

Selene the Moon Goddess

To the Greeks, Selene truly represented the moon itself. She captained the moon chariot, pulled by white horses across the nights sky.
